Mega-Mouisturizing is no lie!!
I am on Accutane, so my skin is pretty dry and flaky. I have used this cream in the past, but the regular one, not the mega one. They are both great but I can definitely tell the difference between the two. It's a great price point and is so good for my sensitive skin. I can't tell if it's causing breakouts since the Accutane pretty much destroys anyting that could pop out. But I do have extremely sensitive skin and this does not irritate it at all. I use it day and night. Good winter moisturizer
I switched to the more hydrating moisturizer that Laura makes this Winter, and so far, no flakies and minimal acne.
