This is the easiest to use of all the stains out there, you can do it without a mirror! I use this in the morning, top it with a balm or gloss, and it lasts for hours, even after the gloss wears off. I find this stain goes on a bit more sheer than Longo's or Lorac's so all off the colors are flattering. The pen is great, the trick to any of these pens is you have to let them rest upside down every once in a while when the stain starts going away. But if you do that it will lasts for months. I like to use it with gloss over it. At first it was nice but within weeks this pen dried up and died

When I first tried the Lip Stain Pen I really liked it - and would have given it a 10 as it did not dry my lips and it stayed on for hours, however, the part I did not like was when the pen it self dryed up / ran out really quickly within a few weeks.
