Yummy

I don't know why this is called a lip gloss because it doesn't have as much "gloss" to it as you would otherwise expect from a lip gloss. A lip balm would've been a more accurate description as it has the feel, consistency as well as sheen, which is not that shiny at all. It even looks like a regular lip balm in the container. I have the Cherry flavored one and I just love the fruity...read more taste. Can't really say it taste like cherries though but it definitely tastes fruity. I like the fact it's got natural ingredients in it (according to the ingredients list on the box). I'm on my third one of this product and I use this regularly at night before going to bed to keep my lips moist, supple and moisturized which it does very well, I might add. On the lips, it feels slightly greasier and more slick than Chapstick and slightly shinier but not by much. It lasts pretty long on the lips and it definitely helps keep my lips from drying and cracking. I very occasionally use this on top of my lipstain to give my lips a little moisture but I'm not too fond of using my fingers to apply these types of screw-cap products when I'm out and about. I'd much rather use something that comes in a tube for that. The glass jar the product comes in is cute and useful. When the product runs out, I save the jars to put my home made tinted lip balm in as well as other things I want to make myself.

Definately a Must!

I love this gloss. I have Cherry flavor, and it's just yummy. It's great for chapped lips. I keep some in my desk and just put some on over the course of the day. It's not too glossy, it's more soothing for your lips. Definately recommend!

Doesn't last very long. . .

I like the smell and it's kind of tasty, but I would call it a lip balm. It doesn't last very long, either. Very thin consistency.

I LOVE THIS LIP GLOSS ITS NOT TO GREASY AND THATS ALWAYS A PLUS FOR ME--I REALLY LOVE THE LEMON LIME FLAVOR-IM ALWAYS BUYING THIS GLOSS--IF WANT TO CALL IT BUT IT REALLY DOESNT HAVE A BIG SHINE TO IT--SO I USE IT MORE LIKE A LIP BALM!!! Great smell

Does not work as good as advertised

If you apply it sveral times a day it is okay, but I still like carmes better.

best I've ever used

Burt's Bee's lip gloss is great. Really heals chapped lips fast. Has a nice look to it. Not to thick or waxy.

Burt's Bees products are awesome!

I have tried a few of Burt' Bees products including the Lip Gloss and they work great! The Lip Gloss leaves my lips smooth and healthy looking.

It's OK,

As a "woman of a certain age," I don't like a super glossy finish, so I like this fine. It's more like a sort-of shiny lip balm, so I keep it on the bathroom counter at home for a fast fix. Does a nice job of moisturizing lips. The Strawberry went rancid on me after a while, so I switched to Lemon-Lime. I love the scent, and it's a bit more stable.
