cute and kissable

I love this product because it is not to shiny. This way my daughter can wear it also. It leaves my lips feeling moisturized and I dont feel like I have too much on.

I love the smell of the lip glosses they smell like real fruit. They stay on for a very long time so your not always reapplying.

Lips

Light but gives emough moisture. Won't leave a heavy feel like carmex.

Hate the Tub!

Great flavor. Product a little thick and waxy. Hate the tub and having to use my finger to apply the product especially if there is no where to wash my hands before and after.

Love other Burt's Bees products...but not this one

It definitely does nothing to moisturize my lips. I stick with Blistex. This lip "gloss" may taste alright, but the fact that it's a pot and you have to stick your finger is in a turn-off for me (P.S. I didn't buy this for myself...it was in my Christmas stocking). There are better products out there for the money.

Merely Mediocre

I picked the Cherry flavor of this on sale at the drugstore. I didn't need a new lip balm, but was expecting a sheer reddish, moisturizing lip balm. I wish I could have seen inside the box. It's colorless, so I was disappointed right there. It's a little more moisturizing that the basic Burt's Bees in the yellow tin (which I despise) but not much, and certainly lags behind other lip balms I've use...read mored. The mouth of the pot is small, and I find it aggravating to try to get the balm out of it. The balm itself isn't long-lasting and has a thin consistency. I'm just not impressed by the smell, texture, or moisturizing quality of Burt's Bees lip products. I know the brand has its fans, but I'm not one of them. I tossed the jar after using about 1/5 of it.

NOT THE PROPER DESCRIPTION

I feel that this a wonderful NIGHT lip treatment, but not a day "LIP GLOSS". It works well to soften during the night buy is overpowering on the lips for daytime use. also there is no color to it. All and all a good conditioner for dry lips. It lasts a long time and holds up during the hot weather. Good buy

Greasy

I liked this lip gloss the first day I owned it. But then I got tired of the greasy feeling it left on my finger after applying it. If they would package this gloss in a tube that didn't need a bare finger for applications it would be perfect.

Longest living pot gloss EVER

This gloss pot has lasted me over 2 years. I shouldn't really say gloss though. It gives the same sheen as a normal chapstick, but last 10 times longer and isn't sticky at all. It comes in atleast 3 flavors that I know of, and it's really good on chapped winter lips. The bonus is that it's fairly cheap too considering it can last years. I'm only deducting stars because it doesn't go on glossy like it says.
