Moisturizing but not greasy

I have stupid skin. It's flaky at times and gready at times, I have giant pores and stress and PMS related breakouts that pop up at the worst moments. It's hard for me to find a moisturizer or skin cream that solves one problem without agitating another. This did. It made my skin feel soft and smooth but not greasy and shiny and gross.
