This hairspray is good if you really want some hold, but it does leave you with a hard hat! The shine part was ok, it was a little shiny, but not as shiny as expected or claimed. I used it on two different hair types... for thick hair, it worked fine, but for thin and soft hair, it didnt do so well... This is a good spray to have if you just want an everyday hairspray. Really holds hair

I do cheer and competitive dance. This requires my hair to be perfectly smoothed back into a ponytail or bun with no little flyaways or anything. And it has to last through many jumps, turns, flips etc. This really holds my hair in place.
