While it could be argued that this mascara does more for length and definition than it does for volume (despite a "VolumAire formula" that's supposed to provide lift), who really cares when lashes look this great? Each lash looks incredibly long and dark, yet remains individually defined for an overall natural finish -- like you were born with to-die-for lashes. Count on the mascara to last for hours without flaking.

    My NEW Must-Have Mascara.

    A high definition volume mascara describes Perfectionist Mascara from Estee Lauder the best. This must-try mascara was hidden deep in my bag I got from the CEW Beauty Awards that I attended with Total Beauty, in what seems like ages ago. It is no wonder that Projectionist is a finalist out of the 600 some products entered.... This is a mascara that gives me volume while separating my lashes and keeping them long, all at the same time. I love the bigger spooly brush and how it is tapered at the tip, making application on my lower lashes a cinch. I have found that slowly working the wand up and through my lashes works best, and usually only this one coat is needed. A night time or for extra drama might have may applying another coat or two, depending on how much I want to play up the lashes. May 5, 2008, 8:17 am

    I'll Never Use Anything Else!

    This is, by far, the best mascara I have ever used (and believe me, I've tried them all). Although it might not be within many women's budgets, it is definitely worth the splurge. The brush evenly coated my lashes and made them look longer and fuller. I did 2 coats and tried it on my bottom lashes, and the overall effect wa...s great. It's great quality so the mascara didn't dry out on my lashes and end up leaving tiny black flecks beneath my eyes, like some other mascaras I've used. February 22, 2008, 9:35 am

    Projectionist Mascara

    When it comes to Estee Lauder, I am a true source of information! As a former Counter Manager for Estee Lauder in both Belk and Dillard's department store as well as being a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist, I know the industry VERY well. When Projectionist launched, it flew off the shelves! I must commend Lauder, ...this is an exceptional mascara. I believe you get what you pay for, and I have yet to find a mascara that will ever beat Projectionist or their well-known Magnascopic mascara. Projectionist gives incredible length and definition. Magnascopic gives incredible volume and length. Depending upon what you are seeking, these are the 2 winners in my opinion. No flaking, no running, no multiple coats needed...these mascaras stand the test of time! From classy to glam, these mascaras are what you are looking for anything short of lash extensions!     Mascara

    I just recently went to Roma Italy, and forgot my mascara. One of the memebers on the trip had a extra tube, and oh my god, the results were wonderful! I looked like a million bucks the entire remainder of the trip and everyone gave me a heads up. It brought the beauty in my eyes,and I have since purchased the entire lin...e of estee, including the cleansing system for the hands and face, thanks esteee. May 30, 2008, 5:32 am

    The Best Mascara you will ever use

    I have used this mascara for appoximately a month. You have definition and lenth it's the both of best worlds. I have tried others and yes, it is a little pricey but it's worth the money. It doesn't clump and have a little secret when I use it I cover the top of the lashes as well as the bottom and it's va va voom! Gre...at long lashes! Try it you won't be disappointed!     Very satisfied

    I had been hooked on Victoria's Secret mascaras when I received a free sample size of this mascara from a friend at work. This mascara does a very good job of covering every lash, which is important for me since my eyelashes are a white-blonde color. I will be definitely be going back for more; this product is totally worth... the price. August 2, 2008, 6:39 pm

    Look No Further!! Luscious lashes are easy!

    I have tried almost every mascara ever made. Finally, there is one that delivers what its makers claim. Estee's Projectionist Mascara is magic in a sleek blue tube! The formula is silky smooth and glides on lashes, separating and lengthening. Its rich pigment defines every lash and gives you the most incredibly luscious loo...k. I find two coats give an even more dramatic effect(oh,and did I mention NO CLUMPING and NO SMUDGING)!. This product is great for both work and play. I feel beautiful all day long because I never have to worry about its wear. It stays put even through the most grueling workout yet is easily removed with facial cleanser and water. Even on a day when I've decided to go sans makeup, I always wear my Projectionist mascara because its not makeup...It's a miracle. July 26, 2008, 10:02 pm
