It calmed me down
I'm realy big on using a certain product for whatever mood I'm in. I thought well let's see if the calming and energizing washes actually work. The calming was okay. I think after any bath or shower I calm down some from a long day. I didn't notice any extra calming effects from the body wash. Nice smell
As with pretty much all aveda products I love the smell, and it lathers nicely.
