  Best Smell and treatment for dandruff!

  I tried all of the dandruff treaments and this one is GREAT! the active ingredient, selenium sulfide, worked perfectly for my condition. It's totally different from the regular active ingredients in all the other Head and Shoulders products. Oh, and the smell is fresh and clean, not like a tar pit or strong chemical like a...ll the other dandruff treatments out there. May 26, 2008, 8:02 am

  I have seborrheic dermatitis. Its a form of eczema. I apply it to my affected areas and the symptoms are gone. No flaky and red dry skin. I love this product. April 4, 2009, 5:01 pm

  Exceptional!

  My daughter suffered from flakey skin on her scalp. The dandruff shampoos with pyrithione zinc did not work at all, which is all other dandruff shampoos. The tar shampoos worked well, but smelled like, tar. This one, H & S intensive treatment with selenium sulfide, not only works, it's gentle enough for everyday. It... does not smell mediciney, it has a nice, soapy-clean scent. It is odd to see shampoo orangey and goopey but who cares? It works and now she has no flakes, ever. November 29, 2007, 7:43 pm

  I can't live without this stuff!

  I have psoriasis on my scalp and on my face. As long as I use this shampoo daily (on both my face and hair) I have absolutely NO psoriasis break outs! But go one day without it and the layers start building up and everything starts itching. This is the best dandruff shampoo I have used and believe me I have tried them al...l!   By far the most effective

  I've tried numerous other dandruff shampoos. Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment is by far the most effective. I refer friends and family to this product. I use it once a week and I don't have to worry about dandruff. November 28, 2007, 2:06 pm

  Works but is not without "smell" issues.

  This product does work but I can't believe I am the only one who notices the smell. Even used twice a week (I shampoo everyday regardless) it seems to get into my pores and the smell during the day is horrible. I wonder if others can smell it on me. It also makes the shower/tub smell badly. Takes days to get rid of that sme...ll. Does nobody else notice this??? October 25, 2009, 10:10 pm

  Destroyed my hair

  I had dandruff that just wouldn't go away, and i tried over and over again with different products, and this one destroyed my hair. My hair went from soft and manageable, to thin and rough. and the smell was awful October 25, 2009, 9:00 pm

  I'm not prone to dandruff all the time, but this shampoo works so well for my hair I use it often anyway. Doesn't weigh down my fine, flat hair and leaves it very shiny. May 4, 2009, 6:45 am

  Only one that works

  All my life I have had very thick hair, and I have always had very bad dandruff. It was so bad that my scalp would almost come off in chunks. I have been using this for about 2 months now and I am completely dandruff free! This says a lot because usually my dandruff is terribe in the winter, and right now it is January and ...up to minus 20 degrees celsius most days (I live in Ontario), and not a single flake in my hair! I don't love the smell but it is a hundred times better than any other dandruff shampoo I have tried in the past! January 25, 2009, 1:38 pm

  Shampoo

  I switch my shampoo every 3 months for dermatitis. I just started using this one. worked well for the itching and flakes. My scalp hasn't been white or flaky since I added this to my regimen. August 8, 2008, 3:09 pm
