      great eyeliner!

      this is a good eyeliner, that smudges well when you apply it, but doesn't smudge once its set with powder. gives a really good cat-eye/smokey effect, without looking too done up. March 4, 2008, 11:58 am

      • Provides the definition of a liquid eyeliner without the mess. Silky glide-on formula. Intense color pigments for a bold line. Use built-in smudger to create a smokey look. Hypoallergenic. Fragrance-free. Dermatologist approved. Safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

      • Directions

      • Dispense product by turning stem clockwise (about 6 turns per use). Gently line the eyes near the base of lashes. For a smokey look, smudge the line with built-in smudger until desired look is achieved.
