I never really used too many exfoliaters prior to using this.. but I don't think I need to anymore. this exfoliater is great, it's not to aggresive and irritating, and does the job perfectly. another great thing about his exfoliater is the smell !! It smells great and makes your face smell nice, I wish I could just eat it lol.
