      Very Progressive Supplement

      One pack a day in the morning, and they go down easily. Take with food. If you take medication, make sure you read the prescription bottle since it will tell you how many hours to wait between vitamins and medication. This product will make your skin gorgeous. You will see improvement, depending on how much repair you need.... If you sign up before December 31 at Skinstore.com for autoship, you will pay $20 less with no shipping charge. That's what I have. If you don't like it, you can return it. I am sure you will be very happy with these supplements. They are great not just for your skin, but for your hair, nails, eyebrows and lashes.       Good product!

      I was skeptical at first because I thought as long as I was taking supplements that one was as good as another but I tried this and found it took the guess work out of what i needed to take. I take my pack right after I eat breakfast because I have to take meds right after dinner. And I find after taking them I'm good t...o go for the day. It's more expensive than just buying over the counter vitamins but why take the chance you're not taking the right quantites of the right vitamins when this is so easy to take?       energy all day!
