This is great for people who live in hot/humid climates!
Toner isn't exactly necessary to have in your skincare line, but I looove this stuff! It feels great spraying it on because the rosewater gives the mist a cooling factor. I keep a small bottle of this in my car for when it gets unbearably hot outside (I live in south Texas...it gets to about 105 here in the summer).
