If you're someone who washes their hair daily, I highly recommend this shampoo because it adds a medium moisture to your hair that doesn't strip any out. I think of it as a daily shampoo. First off it smells greattt and when paired with the moisture maniac conditioner this stuff is really good. However you really can't use this for more than a week without alternating.
