Very pigmented colors

time warp in a very good way
This eyeliner reminds me of my first eyeliner, cadged from my mum, when I was about 14 yrs old......only way better. It's exceptionally pliable - goes on wet (my way) and then powdered over with the liner for a fuller, more natural look. Wears like iron. Once it's on, it's on.
