Clumpy mess
I really did not like this product. Maybe the tube I got was old(er) or something, but the clumps this stuff left on my lashes turned me off right away. I received a free sample from the rep but ended up throwing it out. After I picked the clumps out of my lashes, it did as promised, but the time and effort put into it was not worth it. I plan to purchase a full tube to see if it was just a wonky sample as I keep hearing such good reviews about this product. Sorry !
I am not a fan. I gave it 4 because the only OK thing it did, was that my mascara didn't smear. I think it's expensive, because in my opinion, it doesn't deliver. I mean for $16? I like a very full lash, and I could not achieve it after playing with this for a couple of weeks. Awesome!

The Prescriptives mascaras are wonderful but the lash builder, gives all those who are eyelash challenged lashes that will be envied by all that see her. No expensive lash growers are needed, takes only a few seconds to apply and the look is immediate. It lasts until it's removed with makeup remover, and makes you feel sexier than ever before. Even my boyfriend, who rarely notices even when I've had major haircut, couldn't stop staring at my eyes and telling me that he never noticed how beautiful my eyes were. One of the best !
This product is as good as it sounds...it really does work. Not only does it give your lashes thickness and length ( a great base for your mascara to cling on to), but it is safe for even sensitive eyes / contact wearers ! I always return to this basecoat
I love fashion magazines and cosmetics departments, so I often tempted to try new products, but I always return to this basecoat (in combination w/ the Prescriptives mascara I am also going to review). Dream base coat!
I always tried base coats hoping they would help my mascara stay on longer and have less clumps , and was always dissappointed. well now, this is my favorite tool! It's pretty good
