  Holy Grail?

  This may be my "holy grail" foundation. I've struggled to find a foundation that mattifies my out-of-control T-Zone while not drying out my cheeks and not causing my hyper-sensitive skin to break out. Also, it has to have staying-power -- I live in a hot, humid environment that is very good at causing my makeup to... melt off. Well, this foundation covers pretty much all the bases. It is mattifying, but it does not look like make-up; it actually looks like my own skin, but better. The coverage is not super-heavy, so it feels like nothing. Plus, it proves to be rub-off proof: I fell asleep on a white pillowcase the other day and the makeup miraculously did NOT travel off my cheeks and onto the pillow. Seriously, if this foundation can make my troubled, splotchy skin look air-brushed pretty, then run out and get yourself a bottle! October 17, 2007, 9:07 pm

  Great matte finish without the weight

  Being blessed/cursed with a fairly active T-zone, finding a foundation that will give me a matte finish (especially on my nose) without looking thick and cakey, is always a goal. I've been using this product for at least 5 years, and still love it. It gives you coverage, even for those of use with larger pores, but doesnt... look heavy. For the areas that need a little more coverage, you can layer a little more. Correct color matching is key. Make sure you get the prescriptives person to help you choose, and even go outside to double check the shade before buying. Once you have your shade, you are set. December 11, 2007, 6:54 am

  HG Foundation

  I might have to agree this is probably my HG makeup. I always get compliments on how great and pretty my skin looks when I wear it. It matches my skins perfectly and is the perfect texture. Set it with powder(magic powder is awesome stuff) and the staying power is even better and a provides an even more flawless look. A...nyone with Normal or Combo skin Run! Go!   Love It

  I've used this foundation for seven years and love it. I'm not a heavy look kind of girl and prefer looking less rather than more made-up. I put a thin layer of this foundation over my cheeks and nose and I swear you'd never know it. It blends beautifully and the coverage is light. Gets rid of the slight redness I have supe...rbly.   Great foundation

  I love this foundation, I just wish I could afford it. It blends so perfectly and works well on my dry-ish skin. I never felt like I was wearing a mask while wearing this product. This is the foundation I am leaning towards for my wedding; light, natural, perfect, and long-lasting. ( I just take a point off for the price) May 22, 2008, 1:03 pm

  I will never use anything else!

  I have found that Prescriptives makes a wonderful foundation and if I could afford it all the time I would use nothing else. The color matching process allows you to get a flawless finish without the messy orange lines around your face that make you look like your wearing a mask. This foundation goes on extremely smooth and... doesn't feel heavy. I have noticed that on all the foundations I have used. I actually worked for Prescriptives in 1999 and would recommend their products to everyone. February 20, 2008, 4:37 pm

  finally!

  Faaaaaaaantastic foundation. I can't say that enough...my skin is so hard to match, and this fit the bill. Perfect skintone match, easy to blend, doesn't break me out or make my skin oily. Definetely worth the money...anything to keep my skin clean and clear. A must try for acne-prone skin or anyone (like myself) who have r...osy undertone skin.   Alright

  My pores are quite large and I have a number of blackheads that I like to cover up with foundation. I often use a tinted moisturizer and powder mineral foundation, but I decided to try this on a whim. The color matching was a perfect match for my tan colored skin tone, and it did a pretty good job of covering up my pores. ... I found the coverage a bit too heavy though. I often had to dampen my foundation brush to get a sheerer finish. I'm really about a super natural looking finish, so I look at myself in the sun with a magnifying mirror. This foundation just doesn't look as undetectable as others I've tried. I would only use it on a cloudy gray day. June 18, 2008, 10:29 pm

  This does look very natural. I love it because it comes in so many shades that it is easy to find your exact match. You can layer on coverage a little (the lady at the counter told me this) but it works better to use this for all around even tone and use concealer in the spots that need more coverage.
