In my year-round quest to get the perfect California tan without going into the sun (too often), I've purchased this buildable self-tanner twice. Its runny, gel-like consistency instantly moisturizes and is easy to manipulate. Thorough blending into exfoliated skin (and standing naked before a fan for 15 minutes) will result in a non-orange, streak-free finish. If the perfume/chemical scent becomes overwhelming, shower several hours later to dilute it.
