Good Shampoo
I have what I call weird hair, it's curly but not enough to look good but enough to be frizzy and annoying. I always blow dry my hair straight with a round brush and needed a shampoo that would help keep it straight, especially on humid summer days. I used this shampoo for a few months alongside the conditioner and Style prep. It does what it says and like all Aveda products, has that nice smell (...read moreif you like that) but I recently re-discovered Kerastase Bain mirroir and it wins out over The Aveda Shampoo but I still love and use the conditioner. The BEST smooting shampoo ever!
This is the only smoothing shampoo I have ever tried that actually creates a smoother, narrower hair shaft. I flat iron my hair after blow drying and I find if I use a different shampoo, I can tell the difference instantly. Team it with the conditioner and you cannot go wrong! Aveda Damage Remedy
Although somewhat costly, the products do last. I love all the fresh clean scents of all their products. I won't use any other product for my hair. The face cleansing products are gentle yet very thorough in removing make-up & impurities. It's Ok

Fantastic 'Poo!!!
I have thicker, textured, gross-wavy hair. The kind that doesn't look great naturally wavy. I LOVE THIS SHAMPOO!!! It calms down the wave enough to manage it naturally if I need to.
