LEAVES A STICKY MESS!
This is a terrible product. I like to scrunch my hair to make it curly. It's straight on the front and curly in the back. I thought this would be a good product to hold the curl in the straight area of my hair. It held the curl all right, but with a gooey, creepy feeling on my hair. Just Okay
I think drug-store products work as well, if not better than this one, and for the price, I don't think it's worth it. It gave a little moisturizing. Maybe it was the wheat complex. But I didn't find the curls more defined like you see in the picture. It makes me think, "Is this REALLY the product being used for these fabulous curls?" Perhaps I'm using it wrong. So if you'd like to moisturize frizzy hair and then scrunch it while still damp to get better results, then purchase an Aveda product that's mediocre. great curls
I like the be curly cream. I have naturally curly, shoulder length hair and this really brings out my curls. You have to experiment to see how mush you need for your hair and I sometimes I combine it with Citre Shine serum for extra frizz protection. Doesn't create or enhance curls
I had my doubts as soon as I realized this product had a lotion-y texture, but I gave it several tries before giving up completely. Be Curly weighed down my hair, making it flat, and it didn't coax any curls out of my wavy-but-almost-curly hair. good for fine hair
This is the perfect product to separate curls and give you a beachy, wavy look instead of a frizzy, unruly look. This product works great with my fine and damaged hair: women with thicker hair may need more hold. Remember to shake well and use only on damp hair: if you use it on dry hair, your hair will turn out sticky. Best curl control

My Favorite
I've spent 12 years experimenting with my curls and this is by far the best stuff I've ever tried. I have long, botticelli curls and this keeps them perfectly coiled from root to end. (If you use too much or too little it doesn't work.... you have to find the perfect amount for your hair type.) My secret formula is damp hair, 2 pumps of Tresemme Curl lotion, 2 quarter sized amounts of Aveda Be Curly, and a dollop of Tresemme Flawless Curls mousse to set it. The Aveda keeps them soft (no crunch), bouncy, shiny, happy, and well defined. My Favorite Curl Creme!
This leaves my hair smooth, frizz free, defined, and smelling divine. I have tried a lot of curl products and this is the best. I add to wet hair, blow dry almost all the way, brush, add more and scrunch. It leaves my curls lovely for days. Been using this for years...
...and I don't intend to stop! I'm always experimenting with styling products for my curls, but I always end up back here. This is the only thing I've found which controls the frizz, defines the curls, lasts (though not all day for me) and doesn't make my hair untouchable (I.e. sticky or crunchy).
