Sublime
girlwomanbeautybrainsblog (232 reviews)The first attempt to test L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Airbrush Self-Tanning Mist, my aim was too wild for this child, and my roommate looked like a spotted hyena, except she wasn't laughing. After my first botched attempt, the airbrush mist delivered a super-fine mist, and about 45 minutes later, my legs looked like I had spent the day at the pool. I didn't need to rub the product on my legs, so there was no telltale self-tanner on my hands. The color was very natural and worked well on my olive skin. Unfortunately, it only comes in medium, but I reapplied the product three more times that week, and I reached the depth I wanted. L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze ProPerfect Airbrush Self-Tanning Mist is a spray tanning salon in a bottle. 360 Degree continuous spray. Ultra-even application. No rub - quick dry. Streak-free. A first from the L'Oreal laboratories, Sublime Bronze ProPerfect Airbrush Self Tanning Mist gives you professional airbrush tanning results at home. The super-fine mist applies evenly and flash-dries, so there is no need to rub in. Perfect for hard to reach places like your back and the back of your legs. Now you're the pro. Results: Ultra-even, microfine mist applies easily and dries rapidly. 100% Natural-looking sunless tan begins to develop in less than an hour L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze ProPerfect Self-Tanning Mist are available at chain drug, food, and mass market retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $9.99. — 3 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

one of my "go-to" products when all else fails!
BeautyJunkieAmber (231 reviews)This is one of my "go to" spray self-tanning products if I'm purchasing in a drugstore or a place like Target! It's easy to use, it develops evenly for me, and I get quick results. It does have that yucky DHA odor to it, so it may not be for you if you are sensitive to that, but because I am so pale, sometimes I'll tolerate the scent if it means I'll a have believable glow! I can usually find this for about $1 less than other leading brand self-tanners on the mass market, so I think it's a good value. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

best spray I have tried
mamalicious (196 reviews)I was impressed with this mist because I have tried others in the past and the mist was never fine enough, so I always ended up with spots. This mist is super fine so I didn't have to rub it in or smooth it out. I prefer lotions because I have dry skin, but I always use it for my hands. It's so easy to just mist over the top of them. The smell isn't bad at all. It smells kind of salty but not at all like most self tanners which is definitely a plus!! — 10 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Fantastic Self-Tanner
sweetjlee (33 reviews)Wow... it saddens me to see the negative reviews here. The reviewers who say this came out streaky canNOT have followed the directions... ie, the "hold at arm's length" part - or maybe the "do not rub in" part. Because this product gives a perfect "spray and go" result if you just hold the bottle out a bit, spray, and then leave it alone. This is the most idiot-proof, natural-looking self-tanner I've ever tried. The bottle sprays at any angle and never gets clogged. It does have that DHA self-tanner smell to it, so I'm sure to use it when I won't be going out for a few hours. I used it every day for about a week until I got the deeper color that I wanted and now just twice a week to maintain it. There's nothing orange-y about it on me - maybe I'm just lucky that it works with my skin-tone? I LOVE this stuff! — 1 month, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

THE SMELL
jkxo49 (3 reviews)I had no problems with the color except that it doesnt go on as much as I would like. It says to keep it away while spraying to avoiding streaking so I did, but its only a small change. The biggest problem with the product is the god awful smell it has. IT SMELLS LIKE COFFEE GRINDS mixed with GARBAGE or something I HAVE NO IDEA. I have to stay outside for hours after I do it. It says it has a great smell.... And I do not agree at all. I thought maybe I had a bad can or such so about a month after I bought it I went to another store and tried spraying it to see if it smelled as well and it did. I dont know how else everyone isn't smelling the terrible odor but dear god its terrible. — 1 year agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Just give it a try...
sbakay (1 reviews)After reading some reviews and doing a lot of research on this, I was so scared to try it! So many people talked about streaks and flaking. I bought a can anyway. I tan in a tanning bed, and I wanted something to even the tan on parts of my body that just were not tanning (Hands, feet, etc) I admit that it has a small salty smell, but nothing drastic. The color is great! My hands are now the same color as my belly! The only problem is that it's hard to reach certain spots, such as between your fingers. I would guess that you could buy the tanning wipes for that, but I have never tried it. I personally love this product and will buy it again. =) — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

The mist
rhiannon_h (1 reviews)Okay, I am realllllly white and I bought this and used it tonight. I have never self tanned before and I had AMAZING results. It gives you a GLOW not a OOMPA LOOMPA look. So don't expect to go from white to DARK in 1 hour, or 1 can for that matter. It delivers an even spray and as long as you FOLLOW THE DIRECTS, duhh then it comes out beautifully. I think all the bad reviews are just by people who were too impatient and either did it too close to their skin or weren't paying close enough attention. It's not rocket science... its a spray tan. I mean you get what you pay for, if you want the BEST spray tan without going out and getting a pro one.. get St. Tropez, but it is EXPENSIVE for normal people so just stop being a spray tan snob when you bought this product at target. If you want high quality BUY the highest quality. with all that being said this product DOES WHAT IT SAYS! I give it 10 stars because it isn't advertised as something that it is not and when used PROPERLY really delivers. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful

Okay
allyislovexo (9 reviews)This self tanner was okay. In my opinion, I didn't think I looked "orange", to other people & in pictures.. a total different story. I think self tanners all depend on your natural skin tone. Overall, this self tanner was just okay, — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
