the best liquid eyeliner ever!!!!

this is the BEST liquid eyeliner ever! it fits comfortably in your hand for even application. the tip is fine and stiff enough to draw the finest lines or even thicker ones. also, the liner STAYS PUT. it can even withstand strategic tearing, but not an all-out cry! and even tho it stays put while on, it comes off easy. it's a bit on the pricey side (mid $30 range) and the cartridge is on the tad small side, but it's worth EVERY PENNY!11/29/2007
