My favorite pencil
I am a complete black eyeliner girl. I have tried all different pencils. This is by far the best one I have tried so far. It doesn't smudge or run. It is a true matte black color and stays put all day. It glides on gently and doesn't pull at my skin. I highly recommend this pencil. Shu is my #1 brand obsession- now having said that; this liner isn't my favorite. I got this in a metallic white and am dissapointed. The formula isn't as opaque as I had hoped, and it doesn't apply easily in a smooth line. The formula is nice and soft, so you never feel as though you're tourturing your eyelid. My faith in eyeliner pencils has been restored
I had given up all hope to find an eyeliner that did not smudge and run down my face my midday but I finally found one! This eyeliner stays put and I didnt even need to reapply later in the day. It really is a godsend!
