I give it a 9 only because if it is not blended evenly, I end up with a few white streaks. Otherwise, I love this stuff. Finally a sunblock that is not greasy or heavy, and I like the light scent rather than smelling "like the beach." ultra sheer!

Doesn't last long!
This SPF 45 sunscreen has been in my bag for as long as I can remember; my whole family uses it during the summer! In summers past it has worked okay, but this summer it's just been a mess. I was recently outside on a barely sunny island for two hours, and packed this stuff on my face in order to not get sunburned. The next day, I was so pink it hurt! It did not work well in the sunblock departmen...read moret. great stuff!
I like to put this under my makeup because I'm sensitive and I spend a lot of time outside. The dry touch is great, because I can put it on after moisturizing and then carry on with my makeup routine and everything works just as it does without the neutrogena sunscreen. My Favorite Sunscreen
I will start by saying that I am blonde and very pale. I burn on the cloudiest of days. I need to wear sunscreen all the time. Neutrogena sunscreen has been my trusted friend for a really long time. I have several tubes in my stash, Currently, 85-100 levels are what I have, They are not super greasy and thick like a lot of other brands. Don't be fooled, they have oil (even if they say oil free o...read moren them), But its minimal. The go on really nice and don't feel super sticky ones rubbed in. The fact that they come in such great SPF ranges AND you can find them year round is a plus for me. I keep going back to them over and over. My Sunscreen of Choice!
I got a pack of this at Costco, so the value for the sheer amount of product I got was pretty amazing. Normally I opt for a SPF 30 product (Olay), but I'll use this when I know I'll be out for a long time under intense sunlight. I was worried that this product might be too heavy or oily for my face, but I was pleasantly surprised! Like the name implies, after application it leaves a "dry-touch" fe...read moreeling to your skin. Unlike other sunblocks that just reek of chemicals and leave you feeling like you need to take a shower, this one glides on easily and makes you forget that it's there. It's gentle enough for your face, though it may leave a white cast for a few seconds for people with slightly darker complexions. It sinks in fine for my medium-toned skin, but it took a little extra rubbing in for my friend who has darker skin. That being said, it won't irritate your skin or clog your pores (and it's so nice having a sunscreen which will feel great for your body AND face). It also leaves a slightly matted feel to your skin, which makes applying make-up a cinch! I also love that the container is sleek and small, making it easy to carry and apply on throughout the day. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock!
My dermatologist recommended this for everyday wear. I like the SPF 35 better than the SPF 50. The SPF 50 is too thick. Only downside...sometimes if I get it too close to my eyes I tend to get teary throughout the day. Great under Makeup!
I've been looking for a sunscreen (not sunBLOCK) to wear under my makeup or alone for daily wear, without the grease. I've never broke out from a sunscreen- but it does feel gross to wear traditional greasy sunscreen by itself. This is AMAZING! It says dry touch and they mean it; I can wear it alone and there isnt a blinding glare.
