  Won Me Over

  I've never been loyal to a moisturizer until I tried Neutrogena Comforting Butter Body Cream. It makes my skin soft and supple, but not at all greasy. Even better, it leaves my skin with this radiant glow that other moisturizers promise when they only leave a tacky shimmer behind instead. I have skin that tends to be on the... oily side, but this cream has not made me break out once even with daily use. Lastly, I love that it comes in a jar- I can use every last bit instead of feeling like I'm throwing away 3-4 uses in a pump or tube. Because of the warm, buttery smell I thought this would be a winter cream, but I'm addicted and I'll be wearing it through the spring and summer. April 18, 2008, 7:58 am

  I am a shea butter addict and as my bathroom shelves can attest I'll try almost every product that comes along. I always end up returning to The Body Shop products because no other product comes close to their level of quality... till I tried Neutrogena Comforting body butter. This product glides onto your skin,wet or dry,...it doesn't leave a heavy, greasy feel on your skin, the fragrance is subtle but invigorating thanks to the citrus.The product really works well on real problem areas, heels, knees, elbows.   Hands Down...

  The Butter Body Cream by Neutrogena is hands down my favorite part of everyday. It smells wonderful, feels divine and I am always a little lighter and definitely more relaxed once I've applied it. I refuse to go to bed unless I've smothered myself in it. One of the best beauty products on the market, in my opinion. May 6, 2008, 6:35 am

  AWESOME body cream!!!

  I absolutely love this stuff!!! It has a custard-like consistency and goes on soooo smooth that I can't get enough of it! When I use it on my hands, it seems to last through at least one washing before I have to reapply. I really think Neutrogena has it down pat when it comes to moisturizers and I'm always happy with eve...rything I buy from them. February 17, 2008, 8:26 am

  I don't get it...

  I was so excited when I saw this in the store because I love rich, deliciously vanilla scented lotions. Maybe this is what "asborbing very quickly" actually means, but I felt my skin became almost squeaky right after putting it on, to the point where it was uncomfortable to even massage it into my feet for more th...an two seconds! This made me feel like it was actually a very un-moisturizing product. I don't know, I was really disappointed. I used huge gloppy amounts so I would use it up and not feel guilty tossing it.   This is better than most fragrant (and even expensive) body creams. The hand cream is also exactly the same as the body cream (look at the ingredients) if you want purse size. It has some good moisturizers. It is creamy and absorbs quicky. Fragrance is at the end of the ingredient list so it has minimal chance to cause ...irritation for those of us with sensitive allergy prone skin. It has a really nice, not overpowering vanilla cupcake fragrance. August 6, 2009, 4:11 pm

  Love this product!

  Great cream. Very moisturizing and soaks into my skin well. It's neither too heavy or too light, but its main selling factor for me is the yummy smell. It's labelled buttercream but to me it smells like vanilla pudding. The only cons for me is that it's a bit spendy for a drugstore body cream and that you can't buy it i...n a smaller size. The 6 oz jar is great for home, but I'd love to have something smaller to carry around with me in my purse. I might have to buy a small travel container to scoop some into for that.   I read some of the reviews because I needed something for my dry skin! I purchased everything from a $5 product to $60 products and nothing made an impression like this one!! Absolutely love this Butter Body Cream..I can still tell my legs are moisturized in the evening after I had put it on in the morning!! The best pro...duct EVER!! January 16, 2009, 10:51 am
