Butter Cream Frosting
I unscrewed the jar of this drugstore cream and the smell of butter cream frosting was overwhelming which is okay if you're a teen but for a woman in her 40s is a little much. The price was right and it felt creamy on my feet but after a while it smelled not of frosting but of a public restroom sanitizer. Better than average
This is better than most fragrant (and even expensive) body creams. The hand cream is also exactly the same as the body cream (look at the ingredients) if you want purse size. It has some good moisturizers. It is creamy and absorbs quicky. Fragrance is at the end of the ingredient list so it has minimal chance to cause irritation for those of us with sensitive allergy prone skin. Neutrogena Deep Moisture Cream
This is stuff really does deeply moisturize. I user other things but eventually I have to come back to this for moisture. I don't like the smell of it though it is too sweet but I use it anyway because it moisturizes so well. It makes my skin baby soft you can feel that your skin is infused with moisture. Butter Body Cream Brings Some Comfort
I've used some pretty powerful butter body creams in my day and I have to say this one is okay. This is not a thick butter body cream though, which I prefer. I used it once and probably will not buy it again, my legs get very dry in the cold weather and I need a heavy butter cream at night, this just isn't it. Compared to other body butter creams I have used this product felt more like a moisturizing lotion. I don't get it...
I was so excited when I saw this in the store because I love rich, deliciously vanilla scented lotions. Maybe this is what "asborbing very quickly" actually means, but I felt my skin became almost squeaky right after putting it on, to the point where it was uncomfortable to even massage it into my feet for more than two seconds! This made me feel like it was actually a very un-moisturizing product. I don't know, I was really disappointed. I have very sensitive dry skin and almost everything makes my skin itch. I have loved this product from the first time I tried it. Delicious!
Great cream. Very moisturizing and soaks into my skin well. It's neither too heavy or too light, but its main selling factor for me is the yummy smell. It's labelled buttercream but to me it smells like vanilla pudding. The only cons for me is that it's a bit spendy for a drugstore body cream and that you can't buy it in a smaller size. The 6 oz jar is great for home, but I'd love to have something smaller to carry around with me in my purse. I read some of the reviews because I needed something for my dry skin! I purchased everything from a $5 product to $60 products and nothing made an impression like this one!! Absolutely love this Butter Body Cream..I can still tell my legs are moisturized in the evening after I had put it on in the morning!!
