I have long, thick layered hair and this product works great for me.The beautician that cuts my hair says I have enough hair for three people it's so thick. I use the whole line, Shampoo ,conditioner& styling aids. I don't think this really does much on its own. I wouldn't recommend this to people with really thick/coarse hair because it doesn't seem to have much conditioning properties. I like!!!
My hairdresser used to yell at me for not taking care of my curly hair. I started using this product (as well as the conditioner) and the next time I went back she noticed a difference! I too notice a difference in my curl texture from using this product compared to a store brand.
