Treatment

I love to use Redken products, but this one was exceptinaly good to my hair, was a treatment of restauration. I loved it!

Saved my hair!

I've had my hair chemically straightened a couple of times now, I've had it dyed twice, I straighten it my GHD from time to time too.. As I'm sure you already know without even taking a look at my hair, that my hair is absolutely dead, frizzy and breaking at the ends every second of the day. I could never grow my hair as long as I wanted to, because it was always breaking and I was always cutting ...read moreoff the split ends. But a friend recommended me Redken Extreme Conditioner to apply to the ends. Leave on for 5 minutes (no more!) then rinse. I've been using Redken All Soft and while it's made my hair more manageable, it's nothing as good as Redken Extreme to say that it's saved my hair condition. My hair was instantly softer, stronger, shinier. I can feel it lengthening already. I've been using this about once a week (on the other days I've been using All Soft). You apparently have to be careful with this conditioner as it has known to have such powerful Proteins put into your hair that it'll cause breakage!! So I've been using this in moderation, supplying my hair with the much needed proteins. After three uses and I love my hair now. I owe it to this conditioner.

Great conditioner!

This conditioner is great for damaged or highlighted hair. It really keeps the hair strong and builds the hair up to keep from breaking. Once hair starts to feel better you may not want to use this everyday. Using it every other day is wonderful tho and you will see a difference in your hair!

Awesome Product

This conditioner is expensive but I think it is worth the price. I makes my hair very soft and manageable. I have relaxed and colored hair and I use heat on it a lot.

LOVE this product

I cannot rave about Extreme Conditioner enough. I use it after swimming and it works wonders. Plus the smell...it is purely intoxicating. All the Extreme products have that heavenly smell. I would highly recommend all the Redken Extreme products.

Great For Deep Conditioning

This is a really good product for strengthening weak, overworked hair. I have found however that used daily on someone with normal to dry hair it tends to be a bit over-drying. Because of the proteins in this line it can be drying to certain hair types. I like the benefit of the formulation and use it once per week as a deep conditioner and in between I use a hydrating conditioner.

Daily Conditioner as well as Deep Conditioning Treatment

I have already raved about the Redken Extreme Shampoo (and the entire Redken Extreme line of products), but I thought I would mention something that is particular to this product. Not only is this a great daily conditioner (doesn't leave my hair greasy, weighed down, or dull), but it's wonderful to use about once a week as a deep conditioning treatment. I usually deep condition with this product...read more once a week; I apply a liberal amount to my hair, put a shower cap on with all my hair tucked inside, and then apply heat from a blowdryer (on the low setting!!!) for about 5-7 minutes (until the cap feels warm, I have very thick hair so some people may not need as long). I then let it sit for another 5 minutes or so and rinse and finish showering. While I'm treating my hair I also use a facial mask (I enjoy multi-tasking!) Once again, a great multi-function product in a great line of products for distressed and over-worked hair!
