I tried this conditioner with matching shampoo after reading this on the Body Full info page on the Redken site: "If you used the old Body Full and prefer a more strengthened feel on your hair, you might like Redken's Extreme haircare line." It was mediocre in its claims to repair my hair and make it feel more manageable. My hair felt the same as usual and was barely more manageable, if at all. My hair definitely didn't feel fuller or stronger. I was disappointed. My hair did feel somewhat soft though. I usually use the redken I really like the one that comes in a dark gold container, it leaves my hair wonderful, So I figured this one would be even better. I tried it once and didn't like it .. it did nothing for my hair, but figured I'll give it another shot and nothing. I have used it more times just so I could finish it but It does nothing for my hair. I can compare it to drugstore brands It could even say some drugstore brands are way better. Don't waistyour money..
