If you use makeup, you might want to stay away from this unless you can apply a really, really thin layer. I usally use powder but what I find is a formula peeling effect where it can be applied on skin but if it's thick and dries while being applied, it'll have a glue like effect where pieces of it can be dried and into little residue particles. Not too great. This product caused a lot of peeling and dryness

Beware! This product has both salicylic acid and alcohol combined in it, which will cause majpr peeling and dryness. I don't condone using any product with alcohol in it, because it is simply too drying to the skin. I have tried many products and found this product to work the best. I do not wear it during the day under makeup. I use it exclusively at bedtime.
