This REALLY helps
I have the most bizarre hair ever. It's average thickness, but the hairs are coarse, I'm about 40% gray already at 29, so I dye my hair of course, and my hair is straight until about the jaw line and then it just poofs out and goes crazy, and if you look at my hairs individually, they look almost kinky from about 6 inches down. I have to go through a process to get nice hair so it doesn't happen as often as I'd like, but this is DEFINITELY a part of that process. Works great for me
I apply it each time after shower and leave it in. I have curly hair and it is color processed. If i didn't leave it in, my hair would be frizzy.
