  Great, Even for Sensitive Eyes

  I tried this makeup remover after reading about it in a magazine. I am extremely cautious with all products I put on or near my eyes, and this one was no different. I have allergies that cause my eyes to itch and water, so anything that goes near them has to be gentle. I have purchased supposed eye creams in the past tha...t made my eyes water and sting beyond belief, but I have to say this makeup remover surprised me. It's fragrance-free and removes every last bit of eye makeup without much rubbing. The bottle says to squirt some product on a cotton ball and rub gently, but my laziness led me to squirting a little on my fingers and gently rubbing my eyes, and then washing my face immediately. (I even keep a bottle in the shower for this purpose!) The only reason I gave it 9 stars is because it's consistency is similar to a very runny lotion and, if you're not careful, you can squirt too much. When you are running low, there is no need to stand the bottle on its head to get every last drop (as you may be tempted to do once you try this makeup remover so you don't waste any last bit). The price may seem a little high, but if you are concerned about irritation, I feel there is no better product for the job. February 12, 2008, 8:10 am

  Too easy!

  I barely wear makeup, let alone eye make up/mascara, so when I do I like to keep things simple and easy... especially with removing eye make up. "Supremely Gentle Eye Makeup Remover" simply says it all. So gentle and you don't need a lot to remove every bit of mascara (which is always a pain). Definitely no rac...coon eyes after using this product. No need to rub your eyes out... simple, easy, not oily or harsh to your eyes. April 19, 2008, 2:16 pm

  from someone who works in the field doing makeovers all day. and also having worked for kiehls in the past. i can honeslty say this is the best makeup remover out there. no rubbing. no stinging even if you get it right in ur eye! blasts through waterproof liner and mascara. and has antioxidants and moistuizers to boot! best... in the biz.   I have tried many eye makeup removers and this one is ahead of the others by miles. I didn't have to rub my eyes over and over again, nor did I have to use more than one application of the remover. Took a few cotton pads to wipe away all of the makeup, but it didn't hurt my eyes at all. March 6, 2008, 8:02 pm

  Great product

  I hate taking off my eye makeup because I can't ever seem to get it all off no matter what I use, however when a friend recomended this product i figure what the heck, and now im never going to buy anything else February 20, 2008, 1:12 pm

  A very good eye make up remover

  This product isn't greasy - it won't send mascara down your face at a dead run. No morning racoon eyes, no scent. I've used it when I've had contacts in without any trouble. It does cost more than eye make up removers from the drug store; but you use a lot less. November 16, 2007, 8:53 am

  Gentle and Non-Greasy

  This product was able to completely remove my black eyeliner and mascara in one application. No messy residue or need to re-apply. My skin was left feeling soft, not greasy. A little bit goes a long way though, so you definitely get your money's worth. November 2, 2009, 5:31 pm

  Works well, not great

  I've come to expect alot from kiehls, and this product didnt quite deliver--it works well for removing liquid liner and mascara, but it smudges an awful lot when I'm trying to wash away my clarins liner pencil. Maybe there's something specifically stubborn about the clarins pencil, but either way..there's room for improveme...nt. June 18, 2009, 9:41 pm

  This is a great addition to my skincare routine which includes Cetaphil cleanser. Like the Cetaphil cleanser, this makeup remover has no scent and is also very gentle. This product is very pleasant to use for me because it removes every last trace of eye makeup in just one swipe. May 23, 2009, 7:25 pm

  Gentle but effective

  This is the best ever. It is so gentle....and I swear it even hydrates for me. I use a q-tip to help remove my make-up so I use very little. It lasts a long time! Try it, it is awesome. April 13, 2009, 7:05 am
