Stays on all day - even on oily lids
I like this pencil - it is easy to apply and it doesn't "bleed" on to my eye lid or lower lash line. Works well!
This is light enough to fill any sparce areas of your brows, but not too heavy to make you look like you have fake brows. I really like the ability to use refills rather than having to buy a pencil all the time.
