Year round summer tan! (tan lines optional)
Truly the best "two for the price of one" moisturizer/self-tanner. Orange is out-tan is in. For years I was a true sun worshiper-baking my skin in the sun for hours a day. I am now 48 and the worry of skin cancer, dark splotches on my face and the lack of skimpy thongs in my wardrobe limit my time in the sun. I have medium/olive skin tone and get dark quickly. Dove Energy Glow moisturizes my skin (2 or 3 times a week) and keeps my summer tan dark all year round. The best I've tried so far!
I really haven't tried too many self tanners (subtle or otherwise) but this is my favorite! It works well within a few days for a light tan. My only problem is the smell, which is ok with the first whiff, but after awhile it isn't very pleasant. Tan without sun damage
I apply this everyday after my shower. The tan look that it gives me is so subtle that it looks natural, yet it's noticable enough that people ask me what if I went on vacation to get my tan. I can get color without taking the time to sunbath or go to a tanning bed. Not to mention I can avoid the skin damage too.
