More miraculous than La Mer
by Stylegirl (5 reviews)So, I found this cream when, during a trip to Spain, I approached a Sisley counter in an effort to find something, anything, that would help rebalance my super-stressed out skin. I had been trying Biotherm products for the week or so before going on vacation and my skin reacted--violently. I had a small red rash all over my... cheeks and t-zone. It was not pretty! The lady behind the counter instantly assessed the condition my skin was in and pulled out a jar of Sisley's Restorative ("Reparatrice") cream and put some on my skin. My skin felt instantly cooler and soothed, so, despite the hefty price tag I bought it. It was the best skincare purchase of my life! After using it just a few days, the redness and bumps disappeared and my skin looked plump and smooth. Best of all, I had a fairly deep scar across my nose from where I'd fallen and broken it, and after using this cream for a couple of weeks, the scar flattened out and became MUCH less visible. I highly recommend this when you need a little TLC or soothing, although I wouldn't use it as your daily moisturizer as I think it would probably be too much for all except the driest skin types.
