Neat Product
SubCulture (228 reviews)This turns any eyeshadow into eyeliner. This works great on upper lids but cannot be used to line the inner eye area as it will burn & sting the eyes. The applicator is firm without being too stiff. Once it has dried & set it stays put & lasts all day. — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Just So-So
abeachtrip13 (2 reviews)I bought this because I wanted to be able to use some of my bright eyeshadows as liners, and I had already tried the "wet eyeliner brush" trick (it didn't stay on when I used water). This product does make the liner stay put, however I had hoped for an intensely colored line (one that would be as intense as a liner as it was in shadow form), and all I got was a watered down version of the color. Further, unless I use the darkest, most heavily pigmented shadows (black, dark brown, plum), the liner is barely visible. So, this isn't all that I hoped it would be. One last point to consider: I haven't yet tried building the coverage until I achieve the intensity I want. So, that may be an option. — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
