Good For Improving Blood Circulation

But that's all. I use it in conjunction with Bliss Fat Girl Slim. (Another dud product.) It actually bruised my skin. It felt good when I was using it, but afterward there was no visual difference. I do not recommend this product.

Last long and does work

Okay I give this an 8 because I've had it for over 5 yrs and it does work, especially in the shower. I use it in the shower with coconut oil or a detox body was such as Toner Detox and then I use it to help me rub any cellulite cream into my thighs, preferably my upper hamstrings. Now I got this in the Fat girl slim kit for morning and night and it did help, but since this came out there have be...read moreen other products that are just as good and I've found one that is BETTER and you can find at some grocery stores or online from $2-5. It's called Swissco Deluxe Scalp Massage Shampoo Brush. I bought this to massage my scalp and in the show I had an epiphany. So I started using it on my legs and guess what? It works Better than this bliss product and it's penetrated deeper and feels better too. It doesn't rub raw or get harsh on how this bliss can. Logically when you think about it, you'll realize anything that massages and stimulated your lymphnodes it makes sense. Now the Bliss does work, but you have to put more energy and work into it, as where with other products, you wouldn't need to work so hard and it's universal. The bliss does work, but only on your thighs. I'm not sure about stomach because I'm only weak spot is my back hamstrings I struggle with. This is affordable, but not universal in it's usages, so if you want a thigh massager right away, this is a good by at sephora or ulta stores. But I say get swisco, because you can get atleast 2 for under $6 bucks and work both legs at the same time, which cuts down your massaging time by half. It last for a long time and if water gets in between and you hear it shaking, you can take it apart and dry it to prevent mold and then snap it back together again.

It makes my blood flow to the surface... I think??

Or it's scratching to the point of redness. I used this in conjunction with the fatgirlslim, which doesn't work =( This is a nice "massager" but really has no purpose other than a back scratcher. Plus it's $22.

the best

i use this with massage oil or in the shower, it seems to bring up blood flow. it gets very red in the area. i walk, run, swim eat healthy and drink tons of water. i believe that the only thing thats left of getting rid of this stubborn cellulite is massage= blood flow. Works for me. Love it, you've just gotta know how to use it..

Not quite a 'Bliss'ful slimmer

I am an avid skin brusher, so when I saw this item to be used in conjunction with the Bliss products I was gung-ho about how it would work in conjunction with the cremes. I was wrong. It's ok ... I suppose that it does help work the problem areas, but reminds me of the old scalp massager they used to sell way back when. After two weeks, I got better results brushing my skin first and appling creme by hand than using this item with the creme. Not a good investment in my opinion.

ok

ive been using this for months now and ive seen a small improvement, but nothing major. it didnt come with any directions on how long to do it on each area or how hard to use it, so maybe im not doing it right.

Who would have thought!

I don't know how this things works but it does. It seems silly but feels very effective and creates a notable difference. Make sure to use a sufficient amount of shower gel or body wash with it, because it makes funny noises and feels very strange without it.

Not Worth The Money

I bought one of these a while back, and the product itself isn't bad, it's just not worth the money. Don't expect a miracle though, no dimples disappeared. They were just SLIGHTLY less noticable for a couple of hours. I found a cellulite buster almost identical to this one at a dollar store of all places, only the handle was nylon webbing instead of plastic. The actual "knobby" area was ...read morethe same exact design and material. So, I opted for the $2 and returned the Bliss $22 (i think) model.

Bliss Slimulator

I purchased this is a Bliss duo pack with the Fat Girl Slim..great products smoothes the skin. The saying the harder you work it the better the results is true, as you want to break up the cellulite to give a smooth apperance. I always follow with the Fat Girl Slim cellulite lotion as well.
