A modern blue to brighten eyes
I have bright blue eyes, and usually any sort of blue around my eyes (liner, shadow) dulls their color. This, however, enhances it. The pretty cobalt color is a modern update on those horrible 1980s blue mascaras and is subtle enough to wear to the office. Both the brush and the formula stay clump-free and dispense a fair amount of product that fans lashes out and up without looking tacky. Not your blue mascara of the 80's
I was really thinking this was going to be like the blue mascara of my past but I was wrong. I really like this mascara. It makes my eyes look bluer.
