A little oil control for a little bit of time.
I have used this product on and off for years because I just can't seem to find anything better. That said, this product is not that great, so that's why I keep looking for other products to help control my super oily skin. The Proactiv Daily Oil Control only controls the oil on my skin for a small amount of time. There is a definite difference in the oiliness of my skin when I wear this and when I don't. But my skin does start getting slightly oily almost immediately, although not as horribly as it would be if I were not to wear this product. And after a few hours this product is completely gone. A major plus though, is that this does not break out my very acne-prone skin at all. If you only have slightly oily skin, or combination skin I might recommend this. No Oil Control
I was very disappointed in this product. It did nothing to help as far as oil control goes. My skin actually seemed oilier each day I used it. I stopped use of this product and my skin looked better. Works for moderately oily skin

Helps some...
I love the proactiv line but I feel this product could use some improvement. It does helps control oil (make sure you read the instructions and incorporate this product in the right order with the other steps) it just doesn't control oil quite enough to warrant the price. I have oily/combination skin and I found that this was a little too strong for me and was a bit drying. It really does work though. Your skin will not be oily, but it might be a bit dry. save your money
I order this once in addition to my three step package I use from proactive and it did nothing to control the oil in my skin. I used this product for a while and did not have any change with it. Ok
I had to add this at one point to get the system to keep me clear. It adds even more time to a cumbersome and expensive regime, since you have to apply this separately, and then wait a minute for it to dry. It is super liquid, white, and smells good. It controls oil ok, but not totally. best used during the summer
i find this product very useful during the summer months when my oil production is high.. ive used it from summer in to winter before and noticed in the cooler dry temps it would make my skin dry...if used properly, product works well and minimizes oil production. i will say that after time- like towards the end of the bottle, i noticed it not doing too much.. im thinking that the product might lose some potentcy over time or my skin built up a tolerance.. i stopped using it for awhile and then when i used again at a later time, oil productions was once again minimized. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
