Great product!

This product greatly improved the condition of my skin and reduced my number of breakouts. Is an exfoliant and my aesthetician recommended me using it only once a day to avoid overdrying of skin.

Great at first...then not so great

I starting using this product about 2 years ago and right away I could see a huge difference and my face cleared. Then after about 6-9 months about once a month I would get a horrible breakout which would almost take 2 weeks to clear up. I actually stop using the product becuase it was so bad and the extreme breakouts stopped. Initially was great but then went quickly downhill.

Not for every skin type

I used this product for about 2 months with not a problem and it worked great, however, after that time I suddenly started getting red itchy splotches all over my neck and face. I contacted Proactive regarding this and was going to cancel my orders when the customer service woman suggested I try their milder formula which uses the Salycidic Acid instead of the Benzoyl Peroxide. I have been usin...read moreg this for about a month now and although I do not have the red itchy irritation I do not see it working as well as the regular cleanser. I am still getting breakouts.

Didn't work

I used the 3 step system for about 2 years and while it didn't make my face worse, it didn't make it better. I don't really have pimples I have blackheads and clogged pores so that could by why it didn't work.

This really really really cleans the face really well!!!!!

Recommend this to anyone. But you have to keep using this product for your face to stay clean but besides that it's cleans great!!!

Use it daily!!!

I have used other cleansers daily, but this is the only one that has a lasting effect on my face. I highly recommend this product!!!

Works for me

I only bought this product cause it was a good deal and I was tired of seeing the commercial on television. I got it in the mail and for me to get used to the routine was hard. I used it day and night for a week and a half and I started seeing a big difference in the color of my skin. The tone began to match my face and spots began to vanish. As long as it works I'll keep it.

Is just OK

I tried proactive on and off for years.....it always gets my hopes up and works at first, then stops working! It never did anything magical, and after 2-3 weeks it stops working and actually makes things worse. I do like to use the cleanser alone, it smells good, and doesn't cause any breakouts, but the 3 step system made me breakout after the first 2-3 weeks and made my skin worse.

This product works!

I saw a dermatologist for years. Had shots in the face, did Retin-A and Accutane. Nothing worked until I went on Proactiv. It worked wonders for my skin. Within a month my skin started to clear up. Can't speak for anyone but myself but I really love it and it's quite affordable.

ProActiv is great!!

I use to have an awful time with my oily skin with break outs, dark spots, red spots, etc. Since I started using ProActiv my face looks great!! I highly recommend their products!
