Though this stuff has really limited scrubbing, I am completely in love with this product. It is so soothing and rich, I use it whenever my skin is really dull or irritated. Sometimes I go overboard with picking at my face, and my super pale skin winds up with giant red bumps. Putting this on my face instantly removes the redness and the bulging. My skin looks bright, calm and super moisturized. I'm using this product for over 15 years and very happy with it. It is 3 in 1 effects by natural ingredients. I love this products because 1) Natural scrabbing by the oats so I won't feel any sand like rubbing fells on my skin 2) Brighten my complex. 3) Clean and soften my skin. To me, this is the best product at The Body Shop. I have quite sensitive and dry skin and this has never irritated my skin in the 2 years I've used it. It doesn't scrub as much as it claims too (hence only the 8 out of 10) but the kaolin clay keeps my skin clean and the honey ensures my skin stays supple and moist. I use this once a week after showering when my pores are still open.
