The Body Shop Almond Oil Daily Hand & Nail Cream Reviews

Best Hand Product on the Market
This is the best hand product I have used. It can even become addictive! It smells wonderful and has a very subtle scent. It moisturizes all day without leaving my hands greasy or sticky. Highly recommended! — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Moisturizing
I use this cream on my hands and cuticles at home almost everyday. Since I paint my nails one to two times a week and use acetone to remove my polish, my hands and cuticles get very dry. This lotion really helps offset the damage I do. The cream is concentrated so a little product goes a long way. I love that this does not feel greasy or at all heavy on my hands and fingers. I usually go straight into what I'm doing without having to worry about slippery hands which is awesome. The sweet almond scent started out quite nice, but as I have continued to use it, I have become really tired of it. The scent is too sweet for me and at times I find it really overpowering. I really enjoy the moisturization that this cream provides to my hands and cuticles, but I will probably seek out something else when I'm finished with this because the smell has becoming sickening to me. However, if you like, or don't mind really sweet scents, you will probably really like the smell of this. The cream itself does a great job at its intended purpose. — 2 weeks, 4 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Review subject
The watery, liquid-like formula means that while the product is not as moisturizing as its thicker counterparts it's not oily and slippery either. It's easy to apply, smells great and (the packaging) looks cute. My only gripe is that it's a squeeze-type tube and the formula is slightly runny, making it difficult to control how much product comes out. — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Brand New Hands!
I am a guitar player and my hands are everything to me. This product is by far the best moisturizer I've ever used. Not only have they become softer but they look younger, silky and my nails more resilient. Also the scent is heavenly! I highly recommend this whether you play the guitar or not! — 1 year, 12 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Nice smell, bit overpriced
I am a huge fan of the Body Shop almond range. I love this almond smell and the cream's soft effect to my dry skin. This is a bit overpriced product though. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Good shortterm fix for dry nails
Got this as a free sample with purchase. Not crazy on the scent, but i like what it does for my nails. I have always had dry brittle nails that break really easily and by using this twice a day for a while i was able to grow my nails longer than i ever have. However as soon as i stopped using it my nails started to break. So it's a good short term fix for dry nails but does not by any means have long lasting effects. Since it was just a sample, I haven't really had enough product to try it on my hands, but I probably wouldn't purchase the full size. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Okay moisture with light scent
I personally like the scent, its light and not overpowering. I got this as part of a special offer, so the price was right for me ($2), I definately would not buy again for full retail. I may just have dry hands but the 'all-day softness' claim is not 100% true, though I have yet to find a hand cream that is :). All in all, it does what it's supposed to...moisturize my hands. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
