  blemishes are not revolutionary!

  I was suprised that they feel one type of cream for all types of skin. Wrong! I used both of the creams with the kit,the night and the day, and at 63 I have broken out with pimples. I called and told them, yet they said that I should continue to use the product for at least another month because the cream was "pullin...g out impurities from below" and that would stop. Horse pucky. Creams do not pull out impurities. Ask your dematologist. I wanted my money back May 21, 2008, 5:03 pm

  I used this whole line for at least 30 days, and didn't get anywhere NEAR the results they describe on all those infomercials! Also, I have combination skin and found the "day cream" to make my face too oily too fast. May 23, 2008, 11:43 am

  Not Great

  I used this product for 60 days. It did nothing. for the money very dissappointed. Even called the company and they wanted me to try something else. No thanks February 21, 2008, 2:56 pm

  I like this product.

  This moisterizer worked well for me. I have normal to dry skin and I haven't ever hard any breakouts using this cream. It doesn't take a lot, goes on smoothly and is absorbed quickly. With regular use I saw positive changes to my face, the tone was more even and my skin seemed brighter. I trust the Victoris Secret branc ...because of her work with time released moisterizers.   I love the night cream. It has much more of the active ingredient. You are better off to use your own SPF with the night cream if you want ot see results. May 18, 2009, 6:10 am

  Love it!

  I've used this line for about a year, and love it! My skin tends to break out with many products, but I've had absolutely no problems with this line. It makes my skin softer and really has reduced wrinkles. I went on a trip for 5 days and took a Beauticontrol moisurizer (took up less room in my carry-on) instead of the R...eclaim. HUGE mistake! Must have had an allergic reaction or something - my eyes were SO puffy! I "cured" the problem with my Reclaim when I got home. April 7, 2009, 7:32 pm

  Get your money back

  Keep calling, if your face has broken out because of this product, keep calling and calmly ask for your money back. If you are talked to death ask for a supervisor.   Principal Secret REclaim products

  I have used the full line for one year now. The day cream, the night cream, total facial cleanser they all work well for me. However, I have a problem with the eye cream. I developed a slight swelling and a discolouration on my eye lids. I told the company to put a halt on my auto order. However they went ahead and did... a renewal and have not responded to me when I queried. February 16, 2009, 2:19 pm

  I love Reclaim! Have been using it for over 5 years and its wonderful. Light weight and goes right into your skin without a greasy feel. I have dry skin and its wonderful. December 31, 2008, 1:23 pm
