Foil Liners
I am a Too-Faced freak, and when I ordered the liner in black, I wasn't sure what foil meant. (Still don't) Anyway, this liner is a kohl pencil that is incredible. It smudges easily. You have to make sure you have the end very sharp. Otherwise it goes on crooked. It lasts all day, which is unbelievable. I got it on sale for $10 directly from the Too-Faced web site. They have a clearance section with lots of good items at great prices. It's worth looking into. Goes on like BUTTER!
Probably not the usual thought you have with eyeliner, but this goes on so incredibly smooth that it's almost unbelievable. There isn't even a hint of pull when you're putting it on, so it's really easy to apply. I use it to make the bulk of the shape I want for my liner, then come back with an angled precision brush to edge it and make my corners. I bought it in Metallic Mermaid and the color is such a gorgeous shade of green. It really looks exactly like the color example on the end and has just a touch of shimmer. It's also held out with me through stupidly long days and exertion, so the staying power is fabulous. Great liner, wish they had more colors!
Very similar to Urban Decay's 24/7 pencil. Very rich and emollient liner that applied like a dream, but it sets up easily and is more smudge resistant than your average pencil liner. Offered in a few fun colors, but several of their shades are nearly identical to Urban Decay's. Mermaid is basically the same color as UD's Covet pencil and the Turquoise is similar to UD Peace. This line would be more attractive if more colors were offered, especially if they weren't so reminiscent of their competition! Still, great liners. I have no complaints about the product itself.
