There are better cheap eyeliners out there...
I have these in Pewter Pop (light gray with silver glitter) and Chocolate Pop (medium brown w/gold glitter). PROS: Inexpensive. (got mine for $2 on sale) CONS: Not long lasting. Poor pigmentation. Overall, I'd pass on these and get some Jane or Wet n Wild gel/cream eyeliner if you're new to this type of eyeliner. its okay.

Unique and Easy
I like these because they're unique and easy to use. They create a smudgy line that works great with a smokey eye (use a slanted eyeshadow brush). Another thing, they don't come off.
