I love this brush because it is perfect for adding foundation because it applies the product softly and won't cluster your powder or liquid foundation together. I have two of the MAC blushcremes, and they are very creamy. I found it hard to apply with my fingers or any other type of brush. When I went to MAC and asked them about this problem, they suggested I get the 187. I am SO happy with it. I have not tried it with foundations or powders or anything other than my blushcreme. It makes the creamy blush blend perfectly with my skin. No smears, streaks, obvious marks. I don't know why it works, but it does.
