So I first got a bottle on my 16th bday when I was getting my makeup done. The artist said that it would help set my makeup, but I also noticed that it gave a dewy finish to my skin, and it feels refreshing. It does have a slight scent to it, but it isn't string enough to keep me from using it. You can't touch your face afterwards though, because I feel like it would smidge the makeup. You have to let it dry and set. The lady said you can spray it in your hair for moisture, but I really didn't notice anything different with the hair. It lasts a long time, one spray is enough for the entire face. — 3 months, 1 week ago

The MAC Fix+ is a must have for any makeup artist. It can be used in multiple ways and the lavender one has the most awesome scent! Lavender is claimed to have a calming effect, but I havent noticed anything personally =/ Great for setting makeup! After you apply your makeup, spritz this on holding the bottle about 6-8 inches away from the face going in a circular motion to get an even application. This will set the makeup and helps make it last all day. Moisturizing! It is a quick fix for dry skin. You can apply this throughout the day to moisturize. However, if you apply it on direct skin without having makeup on, it will give you a little shine, so best if used after makeup application. Hair! The lavender scent is so amazing, you can spritz it in your hair to give it a little bit of shine and a shot of moisture. Glitter! After spritzing, it creates a good adhesive for applying glitter to the eyes or face. Just take a stiff eyeshadow brush packed with glitter and pat on the eyelid or face where you want glitter to stay. — 1 year, 4 months ago

(combination/oily skin) I decided to buy this because I saw a YouTube guru use it to apply eye shadow and it made the color more vibrant. I decided to try this out on my face to see what the fuss was about and I have to say I'm not too impressed. It does have a nice smell and leaves my skin feeling refreshed for a couple of minutes after use. The thing is, I have oily skin and instead of my skin looking "dewy", it looked OILY. The products I used without the Fix+ left my skin with a natural matte finish and adding this made me look like I just came out of a sauna. I'm a big fan of multi-purpose products and for a long time I resisted from picking this product up. I thought that it was just overpriced water! Now it's a product that I can't live without. I use it mainly to set my makeup or fix my face when it's too powdery. Best for dry skin

I like how this product makes my makeup stay on, but it's best for dry skin that needs moisture. I have very oily skin so I have to apply powder after I spray. I have found it works best for me when held 10 - 12 in away from my face. — 5 months ago
