This is refillable!! The case looks so good and has a large mirror. You don't have to worry about which side of the paper to use either! I use Shiseido blotting papers but rather have this case come out of my purse! However, I'm old school. Why paper over 20 dollars for a product the you can pick up in a dept store bathroom.
