Great, but...
This shampoo is everything it promises to be! It left my hair SO soft and gorgeous, it definitely would have been worth the price to purchase (I had samples). Unfortunately, using my samples of the All Soft line, I discovered I am allergic to Redken products. Really good
This is probably one of the best shampoos if not the best I've tried. It's not cheap, but I generally have had a lot less hair issues since I started using this product. I occasionally have trouble with it weighing down my hair, but not too bad. Sometimes, my hair just seems to be ridiculously course no matter what, but I believe its mostly excessive heat styling causing that. I like it with and without the corresponding conditioner. But you definitely should use conditioner with it if your hair is dry. Bad shampoo
I am a hairstylist and I hate this stuff... When you use it your hair WILL feel soft because it takes the cuticle right off your hair! I used to use it on my clients and I noticed it made my hands dry and crack! Lives up to its name!
I've always been the type of person that often changes brands of shampoo and conditioner, until now. I absolutely love the way the All Soft line makes my hair feel. I live in Florida, where we tend to have chlorine in our water, which dries out the hair. This stuff has made that no longer an issue for my hair. I am even purchasing a set of the shampoo and conditioner for a friend's birthday gift. it was okay

Dry hair meet your match!
Accutane dried out my skin and hair to the point I had to start washing my hair every third day vs. twice a day previously to taking the medicine. My hair was unmanageable without it. Def soft!
This shampoo definitely makes your hair very soft. I use it with the heavy cream or the conditioner and it works great. Doesn't weigh hair down or make it oily. It makes my hair super soft and shiny and doesn't seem to fade my color out. True to the name
I've never used a shampoo that didn't make my hair tangle straight after I used it (before applying conditioner of course) but here it is! I've got extremely thick wavy and fairly damaged coloured hair that's a medium length and it truly works wonders.
