  It will make your hair fall out!!

  I used this product long time ago along with the conditioner....someone recommend it to me and I THOUGHT it would be good. At first, you get the results, the shine, the softness and the bounce. After a while I notice my hair was breaking and worse enough it was falling out. I went back to the beauty store and I told the cle...rk my problem. The clerk told me just minutes before another customer came in talking about the same thing: hair falling out. I stopped using it and tried the other Redken products. The other products made my hair fall out but not as bad at the "All Soft"....I do not recommend this product to anyone with fine to normal hair....yeah it will soften your hair but it will weaken it too.   Great for dry of frizzy hair!

  I have used this shampoo on and off for a few years now. The off times were just to experiment with other brands and I keep coming back to All Soft because it is the best thing out there! I am a cosmetologist and have tried dozens of lines and nothing has yet compared to this. I don't have dry ends ever...my frizz is imposs...ible to get rid of and yet this tames it enough to where I can work with it. I recomment this for curly hair even more than the actual Redken Shampoo that is specifically for curly hair. May 21, 2008, 1:50 pm

  GREAT softening, never drying shampoo

  I originally bought the shampoo and conditioner together a couple times in a row. I liked them both a lot. After a while the conditioner didn't seem to condition as well. And as always I have a LOT of extra shampoo left.. So i tried another conditioner.. and the shampoo just kept being so moisturizing. Other shampoos dry my... hair out and leave it brittle feeling and so dry. This is a GREAT shampoo. I currently am using Matrix Ultra hydrating balm to condition my hair [and it is the best conditioner I have tried] along with this shampoo. I haven't tried the shampoo that goes along with my conditioner yet, i plan to when my redken runs out just to see. I haven't yet found anything better though. April 28, 2008, 12:25 pm

  LOVE THIS PRODUCT

  The first time I colored my hair, my stylist gave me REDKEN to take home..I was sort of thrown off by the strong smell of the color extend....however, once I tried All Soft, I fell in love with REDKEN products and cannot imagine using anything else. It makes my hair soft and silky and shiny...I've tried a lot of products on... my hair...and only this one proved to be TRULY EFFECTIVE!!! Definitely recommend this for people with thin, coarse hair....it will bring your hair to life!! December 2, 2007, 11:28 am

  Really awesome shampoo- only 2 drawbacks

  I've been using the All Soft shampoo now for a little more than one and a half years and must admit to seeing a definite improvement in the overall softness and manageability of my hair. It doesn't smell particularly amazing but it really functions well at cleaning hair. It doesn't leave it stripped of moisture and when pai...red with the matching conditioner, really helps keep the frizzies at bay. I've been using the All Soft conditioner as well and truly believe that to experience the full benefits of All Soft, you need to use both to complement your haircare routine. However, you MUST use a good clarifying shampoo as due to the heavy content of silicone, your hair will suffer from the effects of product build-up. The first few times I used All Soft, I was thrilled with the silkiness and glossy shine my hair had afterwards but towards the 4th or 5th wash, my lovely long locks suddenly started looking limp and lacklustre. Once I introduced Origins' No Deposit clarifying shampoo to my haircare routine, I found that All Soft worked all that much better. Though I currently consider this to be my HG, I've grown somewhat bored with it. I've heard very good things about L'Occitane's Angelica shampoo and conditioner and am eager to give it a go. Sticking to Redken will probably be more cost-effective in the long run but the L'Occitane range doesn't have silicone among the ingredients, which is the main attracting feature. I will post an update on whether I'll be coming back to the All Soft after trying the L'Occitane shampoo out. November 13, 2007, 5:31 am

  perfetto!

  This is such a nice shampoo. It makes your hair really soft and manageable and does not have an overpowering perfumy smell. Sometimes it can make the heair too ehavy but it's only because it is healthy and moist. May 30, 2008, 7:15 am

  Course Dry Brittle Hair LOVES this Product

  It took me a while but I found it. My hair is thick, course, damaged, and bleached. This is the ONLY shampoo that delivers it from hair death. It makes my hair clean yet soft. It is the only product I have used that does both. No drying, just softly clean. It's concentrated so it lasts a while too. The best on the market.... It's infused with avocado oil and I believe that is part of how it works. You wont' be disappointed. April 21, 2008, 11:53 am

  If your hair is dry... This should be your #1 choice it will leave your haie soft and smooth, people will be feeling your hair all day. Just a little bit of this suds up wonderfully and not to metion smells great too! February 3, 2008, 12:04 pm

  great shampoo

  I tend to think that most shampoos make much of a difference in my hair, but I really loved this one- it did make my hair very soft and shiny. I tried it after I received a free sample from a salon promotion. I do think it is a bit expensive for my budget, though- which is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. December 14, 2007, 1:54 pm

  My very favorite shampoo!

  I always alternate shampoos, and I always have this one on hand. It smells like almonds. It is thick and rich. If I could only have one shampoo, it would be this one. And it is not all that expensive, either! I would recommend this shampoo. It's gentle on color-treated hair, too. November 30, 2007, 7:56 am
